Order Tracking Guide
A quick guide on locating your tracking reference, understanding your delivery stages, and checking real-time shipment updates.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is successfully placed, a confirmation email will be sent containing your Order Reference ID (e.g., order_01M...).
- Registered Customers: Log in to your account at any time and visit your dashboard profile to view live tracking status and order history.
- Guest Checkout: You can click the secure tracking link provided directly inside your order confirmation email to view its status.
Where do I find my Air Waybill (AWB) or tracking number?
As soon as your parcel is dispatched from our fulfillment center, our courier partners generate an Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number. We will send this tracking ID directly to you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can click on the link in the message to monitor transit progress in real time.
What are the stages of delivery?
We track every step of your jewelry's journey:
- Order Placed: Your order has been successfully received and logged in our system.
- Packed: Your jewelry is carefully polished, packed in our premium signature box, and prepared for dispatch.
- Shipped: Your parcel has been handed over to our courier partner.
- In Transit: The package is in transit between shipping hubs.
- Out for Delivery: The delivery agent is delivering the parcel to your address today.
- Delivered: The package has been successfully received.
How long does standard delivery take?
We process and pack orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated shipping transit times are:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.
- Other Regions: 3–5 business days.
What should I do if my shipment is delayed?
While we strive to deliver on time, external factors like weather or carrier delays can occur. If your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact our support team. We will immediately coordinate with our courier partner to speed up the delivery of your parcel.
